We appreciate your business and referrals are very important to us. For each friend or neighbor that you refer that uses our services for an Option 1, 2 or 3 package will save you $50!!! Up to 5 referrals. We understand that many people work on a fixed budget our refer a friend program can cut your cost in half with referrals from your neighbors or relatives. Even after you pay us. If you refer a neighbor, family member or friend that, purchases a package of equal or higher value we will refund you $50 up to 5 referrals! This could save you up to $350.
Payment plans available: We understand that not everyone can afford our services; however, we are willing to work with you on a payment plan that may suit your situation. Contact us for details.
Military discount: We want to thank our veterans and active service members for their service. We are happy to offer a $50 discount on our services to our veterans, service men and women. To qualify for this discount the veteran or active duty service member must be an owner of the property and provide proper identification.
Senior Citizen Discount: We understand you are on a fixed budget and sometimes this process may be too expensive. We would also like to offer a discount to senior citizens in the amount of $50. The participating senior must present proper identification and must be an owner of the property being appealed.
Note: if after we complete the appraisal on your property and determine that you may not qualify for an appeal we will refund the fee paid for the assessment hearing.
Free evaluation: The free evaluation includes a brief consulation and review of your property in public records and MLS to help assess the quality of your appeal. We will then counsel you on the appeal process and your options for an appeal.
Appraisal: An on-site inspection by a certified residential appraiser will be performed and we will complete an appraisal for assessment purposes. Typical cost is $350 to $500 depending on the size of the home.
Assessment appeal hearing: We will appear at the assessment appeal hearing on your behalf with prepared expert testimony and testify to our findings in the appraiser report of your property. We will identify discrepancies, if any, between your property and assessment records.
Application for assessment appeal: We will complete the application for assessment appeal on your behalf and submit it to the assessment office with a check for $25 for the application fee for the appeal.
