1. I understand that this is not a guarantee that I will save money on my property assessment appeal/tax appeal.
2. The testimonials provided by prior customers are actual accounts of homeowners that have used our service in the past. The results are not typical and I understand that I may not qualify for an appeal and may not receive the same results.
3. In addition, by agreeing to the terms and conditions I am engaging Poconotaxappeal.com to review my assessment. Upon agreeing to the Terms and conditions now therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein I the homeowner aka the client as identified by the contact information and any associated party with an interest in the identified real estate hereinafter referred to as the “homeowner” hereby agreed as follows: Terms 3a .HOLD HARMLESS. Upon Pocono Tax Appeal’s performance of services by any of it’s employees, agents, invitees and/or volunteers for the purposes specified herein the homeowner shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Scott Evans Appraisal LLC DBA Poconotaxappeal.com from any and all actual or alleged claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury (to property or persons including without limitation wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative of any federal, state or local governmental body or agency, arising out of or incident to any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of Scott Evans Appraisal LLC DBA Poconotaxappeal.com it’s personal, employees, agents, invitees and/or volunteers in connection with or arising out of Scott Evans Appraisal LLC DBA Poconotaxappeal.com performance of services. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorney’s fees. and related costs or expenses and any reimbursement to the “homeowner” for all legal expenses and costs incurred by it.

3b. Authority To Enter Agreement: Each party warrants that the individuals who have entered in to this agreement by agreeing to the the Terms and Conditions have the legal power, right and authority to make this agreement and bind each respective party. Upon agreeing to the terms and conditions by the “homeowner” and Scott Evans Appraisal LLC DBA PoconoTaxAppeal.com both parties also agree to the terms and conditions and hold harmless clause set forth in these terms and conditions.

4. By agreeing to the terms and conditions the homeowner agrees to allow Scott Evans Appralsal LLC DBA Poconotaxappeal.com to contact them by email, mail, phone or any contact information providing by the “homeowner” unless notified in writing.
